This is a great spot for a Winter break. Winter in the Herault is nothing like Winter in the UK, Ireland or eve the North of France! We regularly have sunny, blue sky days and it’s often warm enough to eat outside in the middle of the day. It’s definitely Winter in the mornings and evenings but when the sun is out it’s heaven!

The Couvent apartments are well set up for Winter. There’s underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs so the place is really cosy. Curl up with a book, head out for a walk in the vines or to visit some historic villages, or simply wander around Pezenas stopping for coffee or a glass of wine.
